A Rocha is a Christian environmental and nature conservation movement. Our name is Portuguese for 'the rock' - our first initiative was a field study centre in Portugal. Our projects are frequently cross-cultural in character and share a community emphasis, with a focus on science and research, practical conservation and environmental education.

Artists Project Earth has funded over 300 projects and awareness raising initiatives around the world that combat climate change and develop local resilience and solutions to climate injustice – and gives emergency funding for natural disaster relief. Artists Project Earth in collaboration with international musicians has produced three ‘Rhythms Del Mundo’ fundraising albums to date.

ACE aims to reduce overall energy demand to ensure a secure and sustainable energy future. Through our lobbying, campaigning and research we help to achieve sensible and consistent policy, legislation and targets. ACE works to raise a positive awareness of energy conservation and encourage increased investment in energy saving measures.

Cambridge Carbon Footprint involves, informs & inspires a wide range of people in the Cambridge area with practical activities and support to make big, permanent reductions in their carbon footprints - based on understanding what helps people change their behaviour and moves us collectively towards a low carbon society. Our Carbon Conversations, a series of engaging meetings focus on values, emotions, lifestyle and identity as well as the basic facts of climate change, leading to many participants halving their carbon emissions.

The CCC exists to secure the action we need - at a local, national and, above all, international level - to minimise harmful climate change and the devastating impacts it will have. To that end the CCC seeks to raise awareness about the gravity and urgency of the threat from climate change and to influence those with the greatest power to take effective action to do so with the utmost speed and resolution.

Cap & Share is a way of capping carbon, an alternative to Cap & Trade, carbon rations, or carbon taxes. Cap & Share is fair, simple, practical, effective, cheap, easy and empowering. It is not a tax - it puts us in charge, and it protects the poor. Don't let anyone tell you "it's not that simple". It is. We need to act quickly and decisively, and Cap & Share stands ready as an example of how to do it.

Challenge to Change (CtC) is an international NGO, established in the UK in 2008, working primarily in Vietnam. Since its inception the organisation has focused on climate change issues, supporting poor communities to adapt their livelihoods to the local impacts of changing climate in Vietnam, whilst at the same time persuading those who contribute most to climate change, especially in the UK, to take responsibility for reducing global carbon emissions.

Changeworks is a recognised leader in the delivery of practical solutions that enable people to live and work more sustainably. We are an environmental charity and social enterprise, with over 20 years’ experience, working in collaboration with organisations, schools, communities and businesses to: inspire and enable action to reduce CO2, waste and fuel poverty; build confidence and skills to make sustainable choices; share our knowledge and learn from others to maximise our impact; and deliver the best possible service creatively and professionally.

Ordinary Christians, Extraordinary Times: Christian Ecology Link (CEL) believes we are responsible for our impact on God’s creation and helps members to understand and relate these responsibilities to their faith. CEL works with those of any faith or none whose concern is for the well-being of, and justice for, the whole earth community. CEL runs Ecocell 1 and 2: Lifestyle programmes for community groups to work towards low carbon discipleship, to lessen our impact on the earth and live more joyously on it.

Working in partnership with the people, organisations, schools and businesses of the Bradford on Avon Community Area, Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon is embarking on an ambitious journey to become carbon neutral by 2050.
