As a fully paid up member of the Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon Community Interest Company we are writing to let you know that the Annual General Meeting is being held on Monday 20th August 2012 at the West Barn, Bradford on Avon, 7.15 p.m. for a 7.30 p.m. start.



The purpose of the meeting is to keep members up to date with our progress, including how we have carried out our statutory responsibilities.  No special resolutions are proposed for discussion and vote. An agenda and relevant papers will be made available nearer the date. 



We expect the AGM to be a fairly short affair and it will be followed by an open CFB meeting with a more informal report on CFB progress in general and aspirations for the coming months and year, some input from local speakers and food and drink!  Look out for the next CFB general newsletter for more details of this - coming soon
