Recruiting new Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager
to ensure the day-to-day operations of this dynamic charity run smoothly. Key
areas of responsibility will include the organisation's finances, human
resources and ensuring that support systems are effective.

The ideal candidate will have sound
experience of staff, financial and systems management. S/he will have strong motivational, team-working and
interpersonal skills together with an interest in climate change.

 It is anticipated that COIN will grow
and it is expected that the role may develop accordingly. It is possible that
the days worked will also expand, subject to funding.

£28,000 to £30,000 pro rata for 2.5 days/week
