Taggart star, John Michie (AKA Detective Inspector Robbie Ross) has backed our campaign and is urging people from across Scotland to get involved.
In a short video, he sets out why action on climate change is important to him and why the political parties must prioritise this issue in the upcoming Scottish elections. Check out the video by clicking on the photo to the left.
If you believe decisive action on climate change is necessary, you can help make this a reality by getting involved in Stop Climate Chaos Scotland’s election campaign.
What’s Stop Climate Chaos Scotland?
Stop Climate Chaos Scotland is a coalition of over 60 Scottish organisations who have joined forces to campaign on climate change (see member logos at the bottom of this web page). Collectively, we represent over 40% of the population.
In 2009, we played a key role in shaping the Scottish Climate Change Act, which made Scotland the undisputed world leader in climate change laws. Now we’re campaigning to make sure that, after the Scottish elections on 5th May 2011, the Act’s promises are fulfilled.
How can you get involved?
